Greg Tepper started studying Russian in high school and later obtained a degree in Russian Studies from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. After a very corporate career at the Northern Trust Bank in Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago, he started work as a financial analyst for Procter & Gamble. The strong desire to move to Russia to experience the changes happening there so quickly pushed Greg to quit P&G and move to St. Petersburg to work with one of the very first private tour companies in Russia. The rest as they say is history! Exeter International celebrates 30 years of creating memories for travelers in 2023. Greg is also passionate about Africa and Latin America and co-founded Exeter’s sibling companies, Exeter Safari Company and Almaz Journeys. When Greg isn’t traveling, he is at home with his partner Tom and rescue King Charles Cavalier, Jamie.
